Like you I receive hundreds if not thousand of emails every single day and when I have an empty inbox early in the morning I feel relax, I feel I can breath. Maybe because all the things I need it to do, got done. Maybe because I have more time for my family.

• Open the email only once
• If is junk delete it
• If is not junk and the request takes more than 5 minutes to complete, delegate it or schedule it
• If the task take less than 5 minutes to comple do it

Its that simple

I’ve always told my students that my inbox reflects the level of income my business did today.
When at the end of the day I don’t have an empty inbox I know I could had a better day

If your income and time are good or even excellent now, imagine what more freedom and increase of income could do by just having an empty inbox
